30. Lalor Foundation - Reproduction Postdoctoral Research Fellowships
The Lalor Foundation is accepting nominations for postdoctoral fellowships in mammalian reproductive biology as related to the regulation of fertility. Because resources, such as energy and food, must be conserved and husbanded, Lalor is committed to reaching a finer understanding of all aspects of reproduction and the means to control population growth. To this end research fellowships are offered to assist and encourage able investigators in academic positions to follow research careers in reproductive physiology.
Nominees should have a Ph. D. or M.D. degree. Preference is given to investigators with less than five years postdoctoral experience. The nominee may be a citizen of any country.
Grants may range up to $28,000 per year. They may be used for stipend, institutional overhead, laboratory and miscellaneous expenses.
Applications must be received at The Lalor Foundation on or before JANUARY 15, 2000.
