Welcome to the RGP Indirect Cost Distribution Summary web page

This website only includes data for IDC distribution that have been ACCEPTED by the Business Office. If you are missing distributions for a grant account, please first check http://apps.rgp.ufl.edu/research/idc_return/ to confirm that the status indicates ACCEPTED. If your distribution status is ACTIVE, you will need to complete the on-line submission process. If your distribution status is SUBMITTED, please fax Carol Hunn a copy of your signed distribution form to (352) 846-0505 or complete the on-line submission process again.

Using this website, you may also download any page into an Excel spreadsheet. Please pay close attention to the overhead account listed. If it indicates "Unidentified" you must provide us with a valid overhead account number or request that we setup a new account number. If you are requesting a new account, please provide the user's UFID, name, and PeopleSoft Dept ID under which the account should be created.
